What is real-time delivery tracking?+

Real-time delivery tracking means the recipient can follow their delivery live: how many stops remain, an estimated delivery window that updates along the way, and the vehicle's position on a map as it gets close. With Framme, every recipient gets their own secure tracking link by email or SMS.

Do my customers need to download an app?+

No. The customer clicks the tracking link and sees everything in their phone's browser — no app, no login, no sign-up. The driver uses an app that installs straight to the home screen, also without an App Store.

How do I create today's route?+

Three ways: upload the CSV or Excel file you already have (columns are recognised automatically), paste addresses as plain text, or search with autocomplete. Addresses are geocoded automatically, and “Optimise order” finds the best route. Most people are up and running in under two minutes.

Does Framme work outside Norway?+

Yes. Framme is multilingual (Norwegian, English, Swedish, Danish, German), handles address search in every country, and each company chooses its country, time zone and default language. The customer tracking page automatically follows the recipient's language.

Is driver tracking legal? What about GDPR?+

Yes, within the right boundaries — and they're built in: location is shared only between “Start route” and “End route”, with a visible indicator for the driver. GPS data is deleted automatically after 72 hours, and drivers can export their own data. Remember that tracking employees is a monitoring measure that must be discussed with staff before rollout — Framme gives you the tools and documentation.
